Tasks:

• Research and analyse legislation, monitor changes in relevant legislation
• Manage legal contractual database, including drafting contracts and letters.
• Legal advising to company divisions/stores 
• Provide legal and regulatory support for authorisation process
• Represent the interests of the company in the court/basic cases
• Perform other legal work.     

Desired profile:

• Graduate of legal studies
• Good knowledge of moldavian legislation
• Experience in a similar position is a plus
• Good analytical skills and well developed critical thinking
• Customer orientation
• Dedication and initiative
• Good knowledge of English, Russian, Romanian
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs
